wednesday i went for a good run under the sunny sun and i worked out.
The thing is work outs gave me muscle aches like hell!!!!! hahaha. reflections time, this is how long my muscle haven't been working. damnit!

thursday i nua-ed at bb's house cause everywhere was aching like MAD and we had dinner with lyn and ming!!

Friday went party with agnes and her friends!!

Today i'm at work. meeting baby, lyn and ming later for dinner.
