Today (19/01.09) the np netballers had a friendly game with the S&W boys.
i fell down and got 2 "eyes" on my knee now. :(

i hope it will go away because i'm wearing dress for CNY! HAHA.
blame it on the S&W GA. *CRY!

anyway, my coach gave all year 3s a little gift on the last day of IVP.

i cant help but smile like a siao ki na when i look at it. haha.

i will seriously miss playing netball with my current team mates. I spent lesser time with them than the previous batches due to my hong kong attachment, but i'm really happy and i'll look forward for my training with them around!! (:

after the friendly game today, i ran with cindy the MISS SUPER STAMINA!!!
hahaha. (: we ran 15 rounds on track, which is 6km.
no idea how long we took because it was all for the purpose of BURNING FATS!!!!!
after that, my knees and right ankle hurts. :\ tsktsktsktsktsk.
old ah ma already! OHOHOH!

anyhow,i hope this friday we will still have games. because its really good to perspire and have a good laugh with the girls after sitting in the DAMN OFFICE for 9.5 hours.
but i know my year 1s and 2s are very tired as they have got massive projects to handle.
