when training today. there's only 5 ppl there got training.haaz. amazing eh. and we did medcine ball(the 5kg ball incase u duno wat isit).hahaz. much much fun with it.hehe..so reach home. and bathe i start doing my next blog template..hehee..joy joy! after xmas den change.hehe..5 more days to CHRISTMAS!there's a family party on the eve. i'm thinking shld i go. mmm?
